Imagine stopping by Cordial Coffee on Saturday morning and finding your specially curated bouquet of fresh, locally grown seasonal blooms waiting alongside your favorite signature drink, ready to brighten your weekend.

Subscriptions are available for Saturday or Wednesday pickup, and the 4 week plan includes one skip week so you can pause for vacations or busy weeks. Treat your mother, your wife, or yourself to a little weekly luxury that blends the beauty of the Shenandoah Valley with the cozy comfort of Cordial’s crafted beverages.

You can choose to be charged weekly or to pay upfront. This is the pay ahead option.

The subscription service comes with a coffee punch card that you can use anytime until the 4 specialty coffees have been used.

Since local fresh flowers availability is dependent on the weather and growing conditions, pick up begins as soon as flowers are open and ready for harvesting. You will receive an email as the flowers start to show us when they are ready.

If you purchase your subscription mid season, we will contact you to see when you want to start your subscription.

Fresh flowers will stay at Cordial for Saturday pick up through Sunday afternoon or for Wednesday pick up through Thursday afternoon. If they remain unclaimed, we will gift the local nursing home or hospice care with the leftover bouquets.

It’s Mother’s Day Weekend! Join artist and professional garden design expert Peggy Duvall (scroll down for bio) and Flower farmer Briana Nei as we discuss design elements that will take your sunny garden space to the next level!

Learn to choose the right perennial plants that will come back year after year, complimenting the other shrubs and flowering plants around it. In this class you will learn how to implement design elements in your personal space to create a lovely and inviting feast for the eyes!How do you choose the right plants from the garden center? How can you make the most of that difficult spot a beautiful haven for butterflies? How can you prepare your soil for the best results? Come find out in our hands- on class, as Peggy and Briana work with some new undeveloped garden spaces to create beautiful places to live.

Every attendee receives a perennial flowering plant or herb of your choice to take home with all of your knowledge of how to make it work in your own garden.

Bring your own garden trowel or spade and garden gloves. 

Our farm is currently being rented, so there is no restroom available. However, Locke’s Store is right down the road 1 mile. Every attendee will get a gift card for a free Locke’s Store coffee. Grab a coffee there and they have a lovely facility you can use!

It’s spring and the class is outdoors. Dress accordingly! If weather prohibits the class from happening, we can transfer your ticket to another class day within two weeks of this class.

Peggy Duvall is an avid gardener who grew up as a daughter of serious gardeners, who greatly impacted her life. Peggy has designed gardens professionally and maintained a cut flower farm consecutively for a dozen years. She works as an architectural and interior designer and now enjoys the majority of her free time (outside of family) as an artist.

Peggy is a big advocate of hardy plants that are survivors, healthy soil, and layered natural designs. In addition to designing gardens professionally, Peggy maintained a cut flower farm consecutively for a dozen years.

She was an active member of Winchester-Clarke Garden Club & associate member of Garden Club of Virginia and Garden Club of America for over 15 years. She looks forward to building her new personal garden in her free time.
